Terms and Conditions

My personal preference for payment is Steam Wallet. I will not be accepting other methods of payment.

I will be covering the fees for all purchases via the Steam Community Market transfer method. The price you see is the one you pay.

I won't overcomplicate this process, but please pay great attention when paying with this method, because I am unable to recover your funds if you make a mistake.

Feel free to ask for help any time.

Accepting items is a bit of a bother for me, but I can do it under these conditions:
• Can accept a maximum of 5 items per regular trade, though this may be adjusted for larger transactions.
• Using popular items is the most practical choice. I reserve the right to decline tradable items at on my discretion.
• Item price is based on the first buyout price listed, not the lowest listing price.

Non-Flexible

I will select the item (/or items) for you to trade, typically aiming for 1-2 items maximum.

You have two options:
• I can check your existing inventory and select an item from there
• You can source an item yourself (purchase from the market or elsewhere) since we have 30 days anyway

I will choose items closest to the set price with minimal variance. The final price may be slightly above/under.

You are free to refuse my selection, of course, however if a suitable item cannot be found, we will default to the Flexible option instead.

Flexible

For freedom of payment, I charge a bit more (any tradable steam market items up to 5-6 total).

If you're interested in trading items with this flexible option, the final price of what you want to buy will be multiplied by 1.20 (15% market fee and 5% price variance).

Why the extra for price variance?
The items you trade me will be locked for 7 days. I won't be able to sell them right away, and prices might fluctuate during this time.

I will consider swaps with other Collector's Cache sets.

I'm primarily looking to gear up heroes I don't yet have sets for, but I won't list specific hero names as my collection changes over time.
I aim to make fair choices, so I ask that you keep an open mind.

I am open to potential buyers, but I am not in a desperate or urgent position to sell.

I maintain the right to decline trading with individuals who exhibit any form of negativity or toxicity, no matter how minor.

If you happen to have any personal objections to certain rules and find it difficult to comply, please feel free to remove me from your list immediately.

I do not appreciate trading with people whose Steam profiles are private.

Requirements:
• Do NOT set your profile to private while we conduct business
• Keep it public at least 7 days before I send you the set
• Keep it public at least 1 day after it's been sent
• Your Dota 2 inventory must be 100% visible

This affects the gift delivery verification process for me.

Note: I will permanently block users who don't comply with this rule, once our business is complete.

The trade requires us to be friends on Steam for 30 Days before I can send you the item(s).

You can add me to start the 30 day counter and you can think about proceeding with the trade or not in the meantime.

I don't require any commitment from you when you add me, but I'm also not committing to reserving item(s) or ensuring prices, unless you are willing to pay the cost of the said item(s) in advance.

There is a limit on the amount of items that I can gift per day. The limit (last time I've checked) was 8 items.

This limitation is imposed by Valve on gifting. It's important to know this for the delivery day (in case it happens that I have multiple deliveries in the same day).

The limit is not user specific, this means that if more users buy from me during that day, the number reduces for all users.

This is generally not an issue, but it had to be said fyi. We will communicate in advance to avoid these things.

Once you reserve an item, it is treated as a purchase and cannot be reversed.

The item (or set) will be:
• Reserved for you
• Removed from stock
• Held for 30 days

After that period, I will send you your item(s) automatically (even if you are not online).

Delivery timeframe:
Items are typically delivered within 24 hours of the 30-day period expiring. Feel free to message me if you want.
While I have reminders in place, please allow up to 72 hours (maximum) for delivery. Typically, I deliver within 2-12 hours.

I do not offer refunds unless I make a mistake somehow (never happened before, but if it ever happens, I will make it right with the buyer).

All sales are final, so please make sure you are 100% certain about your purchase before proceeding with the trade.

I have a fixed pricing policy and do not engage in negotiations; however, I do provide additional discounts for those interested in buying more than one set/item.
